Introducing, my new specialty, Half-Baked Grout Bread!



A delicacy in our house, Half-Baked Grout Bread was discovered when the grout on the kitchen counter lifted off the tiles and into the bread dough, mid-kneading. This specialty is half-baked, since the propane on our lovely gas oven chose and ideal time to run out -- when the grout-bread was only half-baked! Can't you just sense the deliciousness??

Surprisingly, this bread is truly very tasty, provided you watch out for any crunchy bits, avoid the centre of the loaf, and only if you enjoy really moist bread. This loaf is not for the faint of heart!
