Micah's been chatting for a while now, but nothing that really makes sense. There are a few words he says that we recognize, "hey, maybe that means 'water'!" But then we don't hear the word again.
This week, Micah spoke his first real word, consistently. And it's in Bambara!
He says "m'ba" which is the reply to the greeting "i ni sogoma". It's like their equivalent of "How are you?" and "I'm fine". We caught some video of Micah the morning he started saying "m'ba"... enjoy!
BAH!!! that is so cute!!! clever little man. forget English and go straight to the foreign language.
